This is dependent upon availability, in some cases for early arrival it might be necessary to book the previous night or there may be a charge depending on time requested. For late departure requests, again this is dependent on availability and the time requested. Early check in and late check out cannot be guaranteed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash, and other payment methods. Payments are made directly to the homeowners accounts.
Is Damage Protection available?
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
Do you offer discounts for long stays or return guests?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for stays of greater than seven (7) nights.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking. Depending on the lead time for your reservation, there may be cancellation charges. Please refer to booking terms and conditions for more details.
How often is the property cleaned?
The property is cleaned before check-in and at your request.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Cleaning and housekeeping services are not included in the accommodation rate. A full service clean is USD15 per service and if staying for 7 nights or more, a minimum clean of once per week is mandatory. A departure clean is also a fixed charge of USD35.
Do I need to take out the trash or do any cleaning before I leave?
No, you do not need to take out the trash or do any cleaning before leaving.
Who do I contact if I have a problem during my stay?
You can contact our support team by email or phone using the contact details provided at check in.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
In case of an emergency, please contact our support team. Please also refer to the Welcome Guide which contains contact numbers for emergency services.
What if something in the unit breaks?
If something in the unit breaks, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Under the terms of service of Guesty we have to report any loss / damage to TRUVI within 7 days of your departure. TRUVI provides cover for up to £500.
What do I need to do before checking out?
We will meet and greet you at the property. Please bring your key.
Can I store luggage after check-out?
Luggage cannot be stored after check-out. Should you require storage for luggage please contact us and we will see if we can arrange somewhere temporary with our partners.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
Can I host an event or gathering?
In most cases no, this is at the discretion of the homeowner. Should you need to host a small event, please contact us directly.
Do you offer baby equipment (cribs, high chairs)?
